What is the purpose of Chabad?

I want to know what exactly is the mission of Chabad's in non-Jewish countries, i.e outside of Israel. Are they only open to the Jewish tourists/business visitors... ?

And if not, what kind of help do they offer to non-jew.

Chabbad will help anybody with everything. Chabad is open to anyone. Chabbad recruits many people. Lubavitch was a town in Russia, I believe. I'm not a Lubavitcher, but I know a lot about it so PM me if you need anything.

Chabad-Lubavitch is the Hasidic group that runs these Chabad houses. The word Chabad itself is simply an acronym.

They open up Chabad houses in different countries in order to look after Jews who are staying there. This is a vital service. They supply Jews with Kosher food, there is a Rabbi there for any Jew who seeks guidance, Torah classes, they give Jews all kinds of Judaica items, basically they help Jews in every way possible.

As far as the two Tzaddiks that were murdered in Mumbai, please watch this video so you can understand, listen to how these Saints helped Jews in need.  I am not ashamed to say I cried when I heard the story of how Rivka Holtzberg helped a fellow Jew. Please watch the video to see what I mean:
