   This makes me laugh. It just shows that there are so many phony degrees out there. I guess they need phony degrees for the affirmative action. If this program expands to a pHd, I can see a bunch of nobodys running around calling themselves doctors.

I feel so inadequate, I'm only school to study enterprise level computer network engineering, definitly not as useful as expertise in the Beatles. I wonder if this will open the door to mastery in Brittany Spears, and if PHD's will be offered in American Idol History.

I have a degree in Beatleology or as you lay-people call it "Beatles studies".  My major was corny film clips and I minored in goofy outfits.  My masters thesis was entitled:  "She loves you to Let it Be:  Modalities in trend, hype, and hysteria"

I plan to pursue Grateful Dead studies next fall.  I won't be able to fail.  My professor won't remember anything.

I like the Beatles' music too.  You know what makes their music so good?  Three words:  Sir George Martin.
Any time a rock band has the benefit of a real orchestrator, of course their music is going to be good.

This class isn't about the Beatles, it's about a rejection of Biblical religious values and a promotion of socialism and the left-wing values that go along with that philosophy. Most college classes turn into that anyway, but this class would be all about that. Imagine having to write a paper about the song "Imagine" and it's "great peaceful message".
