Good music?
« on: March 31, 2009, 09:30:04 PM »
What is some good Israeli music? Zionist music, hebrew and english doesn't matter.

I know a lot, just want to hear your artists, I want to expand my zionist musical mind.

Here is a great song/music video.

I was just watching that video, and I noticed for the first time that the bus shown at the beginning of the video that was attacked by a bomb had a Shas advertisement on its side. How fitting.

I just got enlightened to Amaseffer, an Israeli heavy metal and movie soundtrack band... Their magnum opus about the book of Exodus, "Slaves for Life"...

http://www.amaseffer.com/index2.htm

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

You can listen to 91fm.co.il

I sometimes listen, it is helpful because it allows you to hear native hebrew speakers talking.

Just checked out their song samples, great stuff!

Also, I've posted about this band before but it was a while ago, maybe some new readers might be interested..

Sabaton, I guess their style is "war metal"?. They have a song about the Six Day War called "Counterstrike" (supporting the Israelis). They have toured Israel a few times already. They also have right wing songs supporting Americans and one of their hits is called "Cliffs of Gallipoli" about the Australian battle in Turkey.

F*** the middle east- by storm troopers of death sounds very zionistic.

Take a look at the lyrics

*** the middle east
There's too many problems
They just get in the way
We sure could live without them
They hijack our planes
They raise our oil prices
We'll kill them all and have a ball
And end their stupid' crisis
BEIRUT, LEBANON-Won't exist once we're done
LIBYA, IRAN-We'll flush the bastards down the can
SYRIANS and SHIITES-Crush their faces with our might
Then Israel and Egypt can live in peace without these d***
