The Saudi Royal family definately supports the goals of the violent radical muslims that want to overthrow Israel...but in the end...the royals care more about keeping power of their Kingdom and it's oil revenues.
If the Saudi royal family believes that making a "peace deal" with Israel will help them remain in control of the Saudi Kingdom...then they will make a peace deal. (even if they only consider it only temporary)

The Saudi Royal family does not want Shitte Islam to grow. Some Saudis don't even cair about Palestine, and its rumoured the Royal family might be infact decendants of Yemenite and Iraqi Jews.

Both Shiites as well as Sunnis hate Israel and wish her destruction. The Saudis might like the idea of a war between Israel and Iran. But this would only be because they would hope that Iran would either destroy Israel outright, or weaken her enough for the Arab nations to flood in and finish the job.
The Saudis peace plan is a non-starter.... They do not want real peace and never have.
All these things have nothing to do with bloodlines and everything to do with the religion known as Islam which cannot stand the fact that there is a faith that will not bow to the Islamic Allah in a region they think of as their own.

I actually i meat few Arabs who want to see Iran destroyed but not Israel, some of them even admited that Palestine has never been inhabited except for few Turks and Arab soliders, and they would not mind Israel if it lives them alone. One Iraqi Arab said he wants to see Iran destroyed, and Israel he did not even care about. Although this sounds unbelivable. WASHINGTON (AFP) - Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah reportedly warned Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that he should not underestimate the US military threat on Iran.
Ahmadinejad met with King Abdullah on March 4 in Riyadh, and publicly the two leaders agreed to fight growing Sunni-Shiite strife in the region.

It's really quite simple, Iran and Hezzbollah are Shiite, Saudi is Sunni, the two different sects of Islam can't stand each other.
