Ron Paul supports logical rather than ideological foreign policy. Why shouldn't the US talk to Iran? America isn't talking to Iran now, and so far, that has only been in Iran's interest. A president like Ron Paul would be ideal American president for Israel; someone who doesn't believe in ideological foreign policy and therefore wouldn't do anything about Israel as it broke international law, but similarly, would be compelled to defend Israel if necessary.
Israel isn't bombing Iran now, probably because it cannot get the green light from the United States, because it has to ask. Ron Paul might not support Israel, but he wouldn't expect Israel to ask, either, and Israel's accountability to the United States is a major barrier to progress. Not destroying Iran's nuclear plant yesterday could have dire consequences tomorrow.
There are already millions of Muslims in Israel, and that number is steadily growing. There are really only two solutions to this; one of course is to tear Israel to pieces and give huge parts of it away, and the other is to get rid of them. Israel could expel all non-citizens, but the political cost would be great; an apathetic president like Ron Paul wouldn't do anything about it, and frankly, that would be ideal.
