Being that Souter is retiring..This will allow Hussein to appoint someone in the U.S.S.C.  which means a very very socialist leftist scum judge who will support gun bans and pro abortion. And could be a judge that will tackle into free speech among right wingers especially.   Please give an input.

And, it probably will be, since we all know that this is part of Obama's agenda; he is waiting to appoint some liberal loon judge who also adores him and everything he is  about.

Souter is very liberal. The shvartza Administration would be targeting one of the Conservative justices not him.
