I called multiple government agency in Iceland to find out who  to find out who decided to recoginze kosovo ,the answer because nobody knew and finaly after an hour i got the answer it was  a decescion made soly by Ingibrún Sólrún who's the leader of the Social Democratic Alliance politcal party ,
I am sorry and disgusted  for that my country backstabbed Serbia

Here in Germany it was also the Social (anti-social would be better) Democrats along with the Green Party (which tend to Bolshevism anyway). The great majority of the conservative did not want to recognize it since it would mean that mass-immigration and following separatism would be a new form of founding a new state!
