Black night workers in Texas force mental patients to fight each other

I don't think there' really much I can say about this....

All the night shift workers were black except for one Mexican lady.  Of course, the left will say it is the fault of not enough funding.  Hmmm...somehow I'm sure there are underfunded mental institutions where whites work and I don't this would happen.
