Admittedly hijacking the topic, but bacon cheeseburgers, eh?
My own health guidelines are vastly different from Chaim's, but I would stay far, far away from any burger with American "cheese" (which is 99% of them). If you can find one with optional cheddar, Swiss, provolone, etc., go for it. Burger buns rarely have trans fats (petroleum jelly, which clogs your arteries worse than anything else by far and wrecks your entire chemistry).
I'd ask for it rare, as the typical nuking of burger patties renders them rubbery, ashy, carcinogenic pieces of dreck.
Fries I would avoid like the plague. Even when they are not outright fried in trans fats (which is VERY seldom), they are presoaked in trans fats from the factory when they are frozen.
