Anti-Semitism has been around for millennia too long

With all these recent acts of anti-Semitism, I wanted to know when this all started.
The phrase "anti-Semitism" was coined in 1879, but agitation toward Jewish people has existed for several thousand years. In ancient Rome, for example, very few Jews were allowed to have Roman citizenship.
Of course, there is a vocal minority that believes Jews were the killers of Jesus. I wasn't there, so I can't say what really happened, but in the worst case scenario, I don't believe Jewish people would want to kill anyone - except the Nazis and their allies during World War II.
Simply put, an awful lot of people need someone to hate, and that just confirms their stupidity.
You don't have to be Jewish, like I am, to feel this way.
