I live in one of Canada's wealthiest areas (Oakville, Ontario)
The hospitals and medical centres close to me are top notch. I personally have never had any bad experiences.
Mind you, I have had the same amazing Jewish family doctor since I was a teen.

I have heard many horror stories though. Especially from small towns and inner city slum areas (negro areas)
