It's the same moron he or she pre posts names and comes back when 1 name is banned. What they should do is have no new poster allowed to post before the Administrators see the persons  ip and activate it thats easily done or else put an Isp ban on

I think there is a back door to all the modes of banning but some do work better than others. I think the best policy is to make animals like that see they are wasting their time because they and their cr-p posts will be removed from the forum quickly.

Proxy account Dynamic servers  and other ways i won't go into.But still adms activation or ip ban work pretty well
