Well I put on the Tefillin and said the blessings for Tefillin in the right order, and when I was done putting on the Tefillin, I said Shima Yisrael. Then I took it off. Took pretty fast. I think I can do this everyday except for Shabbat.

Is there any holidays where we are not allowed to put on Tefillin?
