To me racism isn't merely about hating other groups of people (although that's the standard definition these days), but about wanting to preserve and protect your own race and its rights and survival. A certain amount of hatred is useful if it leads to separation. Turks and Muslims certainly need to be separated from Germany and so it is useful and right to hate them when they are invading your nation.
