What good does it do them to observe all the mitzvot but then stab their people in the back? I would think that would outweigh all their good deeds. I'm not Jewish but it seems that way to me.

I will try to explain using my best understanding...

They believe that Hashem sent the Jews into exile for a reason. The reason is because we were stabbing ourselves in the back {baseless hatred/Sinat Chinam} and the Temple was destroyed and the Jews scattered to the four corners....

So these Jews believe that Hashem only will bring us back in via the Moshiach, and then we will be able to rebuild the temple. They believe that without Moshiach the current Jewish state is simply anti-Jewish and is not meant to exist from Hashems perspective.

There are times I understand this when I see the wickedness of the Israeli government towards the Jewish people. The Israeli government which is not protecting the Torah and allowing Sabbath desecration in Jerusalem. The Israeli government which says nothing when open homosexuals parade in the streets of Jerusalem. The same Israeli government which is destroying settlements... They are not governed by the laws which Hashem gave us... They are governed by the Communist and Liberal agenda...

So these abherrent Jews decide that they will oppose in the strongest sense the current state of Israel. I think they are dead wrong about Israel and despite my complaints I believe ultimately one day a true Jewish state will be established.

I have posted several times on this topic and CLEARLY STATED THAT I REBUKED THEM and I do not support their position. I have tried to explain to Rubystars what their 'religious' position is... Their position is not foreign and it has some Jewish basis. The problem is that it violates many commandments, and the one which I said is most obvious to me is "Do not stand idle as your brother bleeds {or over your brothers blood}"

Justice for the stranger in Our midst means that we should not opress him as a person, not to violate his personal rights. We have no problem with that. Rights of minorities are respected in Israel more than in any Arab country. But if a stranger wants to seize our midst from us and turn it into his midst, it's a a completely different story.

And you certainly know that Hashem gave Israel to the Jews. Plain and simple. He does not define it any further than that.
