G-d Himself knows and perceives that adopting these seven principles is not sufficient to make a gentile blessed.  In order to become fully human a man must purge himself of any whiteness in his body; every drop of whiteness is poison that destroys the soul.  Any number of white women are paraded around in front of you all day long, everywhere you go, in any catalogue you browse, wherever you go to buy things, have fun, work or study; and these self-same creatures, behold, the fruits of your loins, detest you for what you are: they hate you for your cultural baggage, your ways and your wants, your mores and your idiosyncracies.

It's true: everyone hates you for what you are. You are a white male, and things are expected of you: fail to deliver, and you become anathema.

Whiteness drags you down into the pits of despair.

If you cannot overcome the taunting yet unobtainable beauty of the white women, you might even have to castrate yourself.

Cut yourself, hurt yourself, deny things to yourself - in all respects neglect and hate yourself, for you are a white male, lo, everything that comes from your lips is an abomination; everything that procedes from your doings is vileness and rankness to humanity.

Let death suck out the poison of whiteness: in death at least your bones will have a resemblance of righteousness.
