The fall of the Wall provoked civil wars within Yugoslavia
The government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina in exile is honoured to welcome the diplomatic consular representatives of Republic of Serbia and to remind them on 35 notes – with facts, that lies are being introduced in the western-European countries and in the US about Serbs and Serbian territories. The government of Republic of Serbian Krajina is noticing that in this kind of notes – from 28. 6 2007, starting with note nr: 432/07, what is being continued, because the NATO- and EU-nations, alongside with the Vatican, are still being very dishonourable towards the Orthodox Serbs. This policy is opposed to the UN standards regarding civil rights.
The government of Krajina is reporting to the diplomatic consular representatives of Republic of Serbia that the 20th anniversary of the collapse of the Berlin wall [1989] and the reunification of the German territories is being celebrated as a victory of democracy and the end of the cold war. That is not true. To the political leaders, intellectuals and reporters must be reiterated that the unification of Germany was one of the major factors which contributed tot the escalation of civil wars within Yugoslavia, from 1991 to 1995, and caused the NATO-terror campaign against Serbia and Montenegro, in 1999.
Germany’s minister of foreign affairs, Hans Dietrich Genscher, was one of the greatest promoters of the disintegration of the Yugoslavian federation. He treated [in accordance the US and the Vatican] the nations of the European Community and forced them to actively participate, alongside Germany, in the organization and arming of the separatist forces of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo. The disintegration of Yugoslavia was a crime that resulted into genocide and ethnic of cleaning over the Orthodox-Christian Serbs. The Croatian separatist forces, instigated by and with support from Germany, the US and the European Community, started to expel the Serbs from the Croatian cities. This resulted in the (1995) final banishment of the Serbian community from the Serbian territory of Republic of Serbian Krajina, which was an UN protected area. The army of Republic of Croatia expelled between 500.000 and 800.000 Serbs. The Serbian private property arrived in the hands of the Croatian government and the members of the Croatian nation. This is very undemocratic and extremely opposed to the international laws regarding private property. The government of Republic of Serbian Krajina begs to the diplomatic consular representatives of Republic of Serbia to notify their institutions, that the depriving of the Serbian properties is to be compared with the destiny of the Jewish properties during WW2, when the National-Socialist party of Adolf Hilter was governing Germany. The comparison between the destiny of the Serbs and Jews was noticed by Croatian artists, who composed a very popular song in Croatia, which glorified Germany, because Germany allowed Croatia to obtain the property of the expelled Serbs. This song is called: Thank You Germany or Danke Deutschland.
The government of Republic of Serbian Krajina is reminding that the collapsing of the Berlin wall caused terrible changes. The German military forces and powers were not allowed to be engaged outside Germany’s borders [according to the decisions made by the allies after WW2]. As a matter of fact, the German army (as member of the NATO-pact) demolished Serbian factories, civil-buildings, infrastructure, hospitals, schools and parts of the agricultural sector in 1999, when also a couple of thousands of Serbian civilians [including very young children] were murdered.
The government of the Republic of Serbian Krajina is taking advantage of this opportunity to show it’s high respect towards the diplomatic consular representations of the Republic of Serbia.
