A woman has died after being found with head injuries and one of her hands cut off
The estranged husband of a woman left dying and mutilated in the street has been arrested.

Mother-of-two Geeta Aulakh, 28, was found fatally injured by a passerby in Greenford, north-west London, on Tuesday.

Investigators believe she was attacked shortly after leaving work at Sunrise Radio to pick up her two young children on Monday evening.

She was found a short distance from the front door of her childminder who looked after the boys, aged eight and nine.

The name and surname of the victim woman indicate that she may be either a Hindu or Sikh or both. So this case may not be an instance of so-called Shariat law until and unless the husband is a muslamic and that she also has converted to muslam. I also hope that by this date shariat law is not applicable in London.

Anyhow the guilty must be caught and punished severely.
