Tupac Shakur had 1 gold album (at least 500,000 copies sold), 3 platinum (at least one million copies) and 5 multiplatinum (two million or more), not 10 gold, 9 platinum and 12 multiplatinum albums. Besides 4 platinum albums, Merle Haggard had 5 gold albums, not 9; besides 1 platinum album, James Brown had 1 gold
