Should we have a YouTube "Group"?

I see one of the options right under "Save to Favorite" is "Add to Group".  If we created a group and added videos to it, would that boost the show's rating?

I have tried putting videos together as groups before but I found that sometimes when one ends it doesn't automatically reload the next video as it should. I will retest the one group I have later and see if that is corrected.
