President Obama is once again coming under fire for his nominations and appointments in his first year in office.

Liberty Counsel has released a 72-page report outlining the words, beliefs, and actions of more than 100 people that the president has tapped to work in his administration. Matt Staver, founder of the pro-life and pro-family legal group, tells OneNewsNow the people that President Obama selects reveals his agenda.

"He has been picking people who are radically ideologues," says the attorney. "In fact, they make many liberals blush because of their radicalism."

Matt StaverStaver also has legal concerns over the president's appointments. "There are a number of these 'czars' who are bypassing the 'advice and consent of the Senate,'" he explains.

"Some of these individuals would never make it through the Senate," he continues, "and they don't have these full Senate hearings -- and therefore [their] background is not being discussed or debated among our United States Senate."

The Liberty Counsel founder questions if this is legal because the president, he argues, is giving the "czars" power and authority similar to those who would have to go through the normal nomination and confirmation process.
