In 2008, WND Editor Joseph Farah wrote a book called "None of the Above," in which he explained why neither major-party presidential candidate deserved support from the American people.

But, as it turns out, the book did much more than that. It also predicted with great accuracy the birth of a powerful grass-roots movement in response to a victory by Barack Obama.

"Today, it has become a matter of conventional wisdom that Obama has in fact been a blessing to his political opponents," said Farah. "I explained how all this would work back in 2008 with great precision."

From "None of the Above": "I believe four years of Barack Obama will be terrible for America – in the short term. But they could prove to be very positive in the long term. Why? For the same reason Jimmy Carter was terrible in the short term and positive in the long term. Obama's policies of taxing and spending and clamping down on freedom in healthcare and other areas will prove massively unpopular when Americans see them fail, as they always do. Obama and the Democrats will try to blame past administrations for the problems, just as Jimmy Carter tried to do. They will blame the people, just as Jimmy Carter tried to do. But with Democrats running Congress and the White House, it will be easy for Americans to see who is to blame."

"There is much disaffection this year for both parties and for both candidates," Farah wrote. "This is a good thing. Add to this reality a budding campaign to withhold votes from both major-party candidates – the purpose of this book – and you have the makings of a historic turning point in American political history."

In short, Farah foresaw with great specificity the emergence of the tea party movement. He also explained why this movement would be America's best chance to set the country on the right course.

"This is a book with important lessons for this election cycle in 2010, 2012 and beyond," said Farah. "It's understandable that most people who pass by a book about the 2008 election. But 'None of the Above' contains truths that are transcendent and important, prescient observations about the most hopeful and powerful grass-roots political movement of my lifetime."

If you want to understand whys and wherefores of the tea party movement and understand its potential in this midterm election year, you need to read "None of the Above."

With that in mind, the WND Superstore is practically giving it way – at only $1 per copy.

That's an awesome price for a book that will someday be a collector's item because of its foresight, it's dead-on dissection of both Obama and John McCain and its lessons not just for 2008, but for 2010 and beyond.
