The Atrocious Press: The CEO's of company's like Maytag, G.E., and Whirlpool have finished secret negotiations with Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. The black leaders had been pressing the major appliance manufacturers, saying that it was an insult to the African American community that the these companies were not making washing machines in the "darker" colors. They had commented that the production of white and not black washing machines was a blatant "sign of racism" against the negro race.

In a joint comment, the leaders of Maytag, G.E., and Whirlpool issued a statement that reads thusly: "Our companies regret that we overlooked the African American Community and that we have been insensitive to their needs. Our research has shown that that the African American community possesses sixteen (16) percent of the total population of The United States. From this day forward, we will ensure that sixteen percent of all of the washing machines that we manufacture will be contain a black agitator." Jackson and Sharpton could not be reached for comment.

Well if there is one thing blacks know how to do is agitate  I guess in this respect the washing machines with the black agitator should be far superior. Unless the machine gets a case of nigeritis.

You may have something there. After all, there is black pepper and white pepper but there is only white salt. Obviously a clear cut case of racism.
