I think their forum is not intense enough when it should be. We should all pray for avigdors mother. I hope he prevents here from eating as I feel that solves a lot of health problems and so does Chaim.

what are you talking about you can'nt starve someone

I didn't mean starve her. Mord, I know you follow a bodybuilders diet with High protein every two hours. I do the same thing. I know that the way to loose bodyfat is to eat protein every two hours while keeping the carbs quite low. The problem is, people who don't work out can't really follow that and always eat carbs so I was just trying to give some helpful advice. I didn't mean to starve her to death but I meant that she really shouldn't be eating carbs.

Oh i thought you meant don'nt give her food at all because they do have people who say starve the person to cure all sickness

Mord I saw some pics of you somewhere you have pretty big muscles, how long have you been working out and what is your diet like specifically.

The only   extra protein i take is a can of tuna otherwise i eat regularly.I powerlift not bodybuild so diet is not that important for me
