good luck, i'm also going job hunting and so far have had 10 job interviews, didn't get the job though. I'm going to start marking hispanic on my race, bet i'll have a better chance.

I mean it. I work for a big company and I see people come and go.
We had a few dozen interns last summer and we helped them with resumes etc...
First, the young females got jobs. But that was after the dark females and then the dark males.
The white males never got hired. I can't name one young white male intern who got a job.
Some continued school, some went back to school, some just left, a few stayed behind.


Also, of the young dark male interns, only one didn't get a job.
