Yehuda Glick, a Temple Mount activist got court permission to go into the Temple Mount but the Jerusalem Police said that he needs permission from a psychiatrist.  In the article there is no mention of Glick being under the treatment of a psychiatrist and I assume he isn't.  This is right out of the old Soviet Union of using psychiatry as a tool of defining and opposing dissidents of tyranny.
