lol. The only "myth" they were allowed to pursue about the RFID was whether or not it would be pulled out during an MRI scan. The rest of what they wanted to investigate was completely forbidden.

Many people do not realize how much of this tracking garbage is already in place. Cellphones are one of the worst things because although they can't tell who's pocket its in the phone can give a very close positioning of where the phone is located. The internet has its ISP's which also gives most people a reasonable ability to see where people using the internet are located and don't forget them nasty tracking cookies that show up in the anti virus reports. Most cars today carry systems that will spill their guts out to anyone having the ability to interrogate the different modules that store the data. There is collision data giving police and insurance companies information of speed and braking and even what way the wheels were turned. Where you wearing your seatbelt? If not the insurance company will know if the accident is bad enough for them to make an investigation. The car will also report warranty data showing codes that would tell the motor company if the car was being abused giving the motor company an out if they don't want to pay for the repairs. Not paying your auto loan? Don't have On Star* in the car and try to hide your car because the repo man will know just where it is and the system will even open the door for him to get right in.  People with a cable box's have their viewing habits monitored and many computer companies and software manufacturer's ask for the ability to have information they deem useful reported back to them. It has got to the point that most of this doesn't even raise an eyebrow with most folks any more. 30 or 40 years ago the liberals would have been up in arms over all the governments intrusion into their personal business. Today however something has changed and most of the people so against all this are now the very ones putting it in place. Soon the government will want to install this chip into people under the guise of it containing their medical records ....For their own good... And people will allow it to be inserted without a second thought.
