Mosque and Muezzin conquer rural areas in Europe

A mosque in the tiny city of Rendsburg in Northern Germany went to justice and the muezzin may scream out his Allahu Akbar 5 times a day, 7 times per week from 6 o'clock in the monrning until 22h at night.
This decision was made even against the voices of the local population. The mosque itself is completely oversized for a small town like that:

And now the call for "prayer"... I see a lot of conflicts coming up.

Why do they have to broadcast it with a freaking loudspeaker?  Is that in the Quran or something?

The population around is arguing that the Koran has no such prescriptions for minarets and the call for "prayer". Even though the muzzies on their part say "you do also ring your bells, so why are you against a call for prayer"? They do no way understand the difference between a Christian bell without any spoken message in a Christian country where they CHOSE to live as a minority, and the islamic call with a massage stating that "Allah is Greater and Mohammed his messenger and that there is no G-d but Allah."
This is pretty egoistic selfish thinking by the muzzies.
