These animals should never be given Jewish blood.  There should be an option for Israeli Jewish donaters of blood to not have their blood used for people who subscribe to ideologies which target Jews [Islam and Nazism].  If the Arabs/Muslims wish to have a similar policy, so be it.  I personally would rather die than have Koranimal or Nazi blood coursing through my veins...  to look at my arms, and to think of my heart.  God forbid.
