I am not sure what exactly to think of these people, but it seems from what I read that they do not wish to have their ethnic background's cultural symbols equated with Nazism. I understand that, and wish them luck with that desire. IMO the most surefire way to clearly mark oneself as a non-Nazi is to be vigorously pro-Israel [and anti-Islam]. "Vikings for Israel!"
This is incidentally what genuine Muslims should be doing about Islamic supremacists. They should publicly curse and denounce them as mufsidoon (evildoers, similar to nithings). Just as people of Northern European ancestry erect nidstangs against Nazis, responsible Muslims should similarly condemn the mufsidoon who use Islam and Islamic symbols to justify the worst imaginable behavior.
Except the Muslims who do evil are actually the "genuine" Muslims who are simply following what their religion actually says to do. "Moderate Muslims" [everyone loves unicorns!] are the ones who are murtadd [apostates] and "defile" Islam with their deviations from Islam. The best thing for a Muslim who does not like what Muslim Nazis do is to stop being a Muslim and teach non-Muslims the truth about the inherent evilness of Islam.
