Kagan looks like if Jon Lovitz had a fatter, deformed, toupee wearing, heathen bull dyke older sister, and Kagan also mumbles slowly like she is on drugs, and she sounds unabashedly dishonest.  Rabbis need to form an emergency Bet Din and have her rendered Cherem immediately.  She is so hard on the eyes small children may need years of therapy if they lay eyes on her...  "Mommy why is that ugly man wearing women's clothing?"
