The Russians in Israel, whether Jewish, partly Jewish or even complete goy, are mostly quite right-wing and anti-arab. Most are neutral to Torah, or at least not anti-Torah. Many are pro-Torah, even if non-observant.

Is Gaydamak in with ac hance against Lupolianski etc for being the next mayor of Jeruslalem, or will the verdamt Israel establishment view him as too much of a threat to their status quo, and have him arrested or killed?! The Haredim in Jerusalem could yet vote for him if he throws enough money their way, and also they hate Lupolianski, even though he's a fellow Haredi, since Agudists are so hateable!
