What is your opinion on private military contractors such as Blackwater?  Do you believe that private military contractors should be allowed to operate or do you think that these military contractors are dangerous, because they seek to create wars and prolong wars so that they can make a profit?

Dear Chaim,

Israel keeps developing advanced missile systems to shoot down long range rockets.  However, the anti missile system is not able to shoot down short range rockets, which travel 2 miles or less.  These short range rockets are the kind fired at Sderot.  

The incoming rockets cost the Arabs a few hundred dollars to make, while the Israeli interceptor missiles cost anywhere between $10,000 and $50,000.

Israel can't afford to fight a war like this, it's a financial disaster in awaiting.

Self-hating Jews, will falsely claim that Israel can afford to give up land, now that she can defend her self with the anti- missile system.

The only way to for Israel to win this war is to take the offensive  as opposed to only the defensive.   I once read an article that explained Israel could roll up the west bank in 48 hours, in a massive carpet bombing campaign.  

In my opinion, Israel must bomb everywhere that Hezbollah fires rockets from.  No more safe havens firing rockets from behind so called "civilians" in homes and hospitals.  Israel bombs everywhere, no place is off limits!   Israel will continue to lose wars, as she did in 2006, with Hezbolla, if she doesn't fight to win.  The whole world lost respect for Israel in that war because she couldn't stop Hezbolla.  Also, after that 2006 catastrophe, the Arabs don't fear Israel nearly as much as they once did.  This makes future wars with Arabs much more likely.

Israel needs new leadership!  Netenyahu will give away Israel, if given enough time in office.    He already gave away half of Hebron and allowed the expulsion of Jews from Gaza, while he was in the Knesset.  Now the Arabs fire rockets from Gaza.  He will give Israel away, to stay in power. No doubt!
