F-35 figter plane- If Israel buys- not allowed to put in Israeli components

That's B.S. to me!  No deal.  Israel should be allowed to put in their parts after they purchase the planes

In my humble opinion the F-35 is not that good of a plane, especially for Israel.  How about some plain old bombers instead?  B-52's?  Sure would be nice for a strike on Iran [or anyone else who has bright ideas on attacking the Jews.].

But why won't the Lockheed let Israel put in their own parts after the planes are purchased?

maybe I'm going out on a stretch, but maybe they don't want Israel making improvements on the plane, because they simply don't want Israel to have a better plane

From reading this article just now, it appears Lockheed is sensitive about giving up the computer code used in F-35 systems.

If they would throw the F...cking Arabs out already, Israel could afford a  lot more in the way of fighter planes!
