Chaim says it works well with many moderators on the Hebrew forum. But when appointed some on the English forum, instead of everyone helping them make the forum more professional, everyone has lashed out at them. We don't need posters to put admins and mods against each other.
May I suggest something?
May we warn a user privately if s/he makes a few offenses.
Then publicly for the next few.
And more sternly until it's unbearable.
When the admins are ready to ban him/her, they can point out that this person has made n number of offenses, this is your last warning.
We can count the number of strikes then s/he gets a temp ban, then a perm ban.
This way, no one can say it's unfair.
Unless it has already been done, then sorry for not paying attention.
