Not sure what this is supposed to imply, Israeli colleges outranked the Arab countries, it depends whos doing the survey, it's like saying America is full of idiots because a survey was done in Detroit on average IQ. Not accurate, we've seen many contributions from Israel, why do the majority of companies outsource transisters and R&D for CPU's, etc. to Israel if the Israelis are dumb as you claim?

Now these people "gallo" and "steinway" should be banned.  Why?  Because they don't respond to intelligent query. This is a strain on some, but despite having fewer hours to study topics such as math and science, they somehow manage to outperform students who spend the entire day learning secular studies. Despite devoting his entire life to torah, the rebbe managed to obtain an engineering degree which is very math intensive.

That's true but he did study math in order to do so.  The Lubavitcher Rebbe was also very learned and an avid reader of many types of books.  He used to literally get shipments of books to 770.  He didn't spend every waking moment on Torah although of course gave tremendous devotion to it.
