It seems the Kach party is trying to get itself legalized, because of the joke that is "Israeli Democracy" I think this is unlikely but it would be great if they are succesful

I think they would be more effective if they didn't call themselves "Kach."

Kach means "Thus" Rak Kach- "Only Thus" Who is the person that petitioned if there is no more "Kach Party"

Not really.  Kach, as far as the party went, was an acronym for "Kahane La'Knesset" (Kahane to the Knesset).  But it does allude to the Irgun motto "Rak Kach."

This was written by one of the few true Kophrim(heretics) alive today, Eric Yoffie Yimach Shmo Vizikhro, he has taken the title of Rabbi but he has no right to it. He wishes to destroy the Torah, and make the Jews assimilate with the Goyim, he is the closest thing the Reform have to a central leader.

The point of his article is Yoffie Yimach Shmo Vizikhro wants to remove all Jewishness from Israel and he is using the fact that a Orthodox Rabbi named Rabbi Yosha Bear Soloveitchik wasn't fully enamored of the state rabbinate, and the political pressure that is put upon Rabbis to accept anti-Torah laws, to try to destroy Rabbinic power in Israel. Rabbi Soloveitchik was great in Torah if very wrong in certain areas, but Yoffie is a wholly evil man whose only wish is the destruction of Torah, may his mouth fill with dust and his hand never write again.

In point of fact Rav Soloveitchik wanted a wholly Torah state, that is why he wasnt wild about the current situation. Not, chas v'shalom, that he had some sort of twisted Reform agenda in the back of his mind just waiting to burst forth. When you read these articles you need to keep two things in mind
1. The JPost like just about all Israeli media is a filthy Leftists rag that is half lies and half pornography.

2. Yoffie is a Kopher and as the Rambam rules for such people we must always judge them for bad.

I think it would be awsome if Kach was able to petition and win.

The K is self explanatory, the a is a soft a, and the ch is pronounced like a gutteral h - like in "challah".

Well, they tried that with Kahane Chai.  Worked well at first until they got banned.

I mean a name that doesn't have Kahane in it.

I've wondered the same and asked similar questions previously.

Did supporters of the Kach political party stop voting in Israel's elections rather than start a new party?

Some of them did. Baruch ben Yosef leads a group who dont vote. I think Yosef Dayan also does this.

Not voting wouldn't help the conservatives.  I posted above a political party that's close to being conservative.

They arent looking to help the conservatives. They dont vote because they are doing it as an act of protest. Baruch Marzel who was actually the head of Kach after Rabbi Toledanoo, after rabbi Kahane died also has his own political party. They wont vote for an actual "Kachnik" because they feel that is undemocratic for them not to be able to vote for the party of their choice. Some of them have even gave up hope for Israel, and want a new seperate jewish state, the State Of Judea. Rabbi Kahane HY"d kinda shared this idea towards the end of his life.

HaTorah says that there is to be ONE Jewish State. Not Two. The last thing we need is to violate G-ds will.

Huh?  Were we even talking about that?  Matt, I assume you meant to say "state" and that you're talking about the State of Judea - and if the State of Judea were to be created it would be the only Jewish state, as Israel is nothing more than, as Rav Kahane would call it, "a Hebrew-speaking Portugal."
