I wonder ... Has it ever occurred to forum members that if a police force or government agency knows a citizen's regular schedule regarding work, home and business, then it becomes "as simple as pie" to "frame" a citizen for almost any crime on the books, especially one with a dead body involved.
The Communists of the USSR and Eastern Europe knew this a long time ago, using such methods on a daily basis to "put away" anyone they chose.
And they didn't even have to have a DNA data bank of their citizens to use!
And not only can DNA be useful in identifying criminal suspects, but is absolutely invaluable when it comes to the State proving that an innocent citizen is "guilty when charged" !
The banking of DNA data taken from a citizenry which has never been convicted of a crime, is quite literally "seizing the evidence" in advance without any crime being committed and without any charges being levied.
Its purpose is to be able to falsely accuse and falsely convict any and all citizens.
Meanwhile, stupid and uneducated Americans just can't wait to become enslaved, robbed, and imprisoned by a homicidal tyranny.
Americans continue not only to ignore each and every new assault on liberty and The Constitution being carried out by the Federal Government in Washington, but actually "cheer on" each additional illegal intrusion into their lives and property; either by electronic surveillance, the reading of emails, GPS bugs planted on their automobiles, Radio Frequency Tracking chips imbedded in their drivers' licenses and passports, or X-ray machines at airports which allow felon Mookie Muzzies to see genitals right through clothing.
An illegal government arrests and prosecutes any officials defending our national borders, allows 30 million and up illegal aliens to flood the country and displace American citizens, and then promises to give each and every one of the criminal aliens American citizenship with all benefits.
The result: Silence from a fearful and terrorized American citizenry more afraid of an IRS audit than they are of losing their entire nation and family.
Americans are already enslaved, and have been deliberately impoverished in order to allow the completion without resistance of the last few items remaining in the New World Order playbook".
All that was necessary for the most evil men and women in the world to conquer America was to a) declare that each and every one of their continuing criminal acts of treason was necessary in order to "catch the Terrorists" and to "keep Americans free".
As their plan achieves fruition, the U.S. will have no choice but to default on its 13 Trillion dollars in debt.
We will overnight become among the poorest and most impoverished lands on the planet.
None but the tiniest remaining ultra rich elite will have the means to vacate the country.
The vast majority of Americans will be living in conditions mimicking the barrios of South America or the slums of Hong Kong.
All of this was brought to you, live and in living color, without so much as a single street riot or protest march, simply by waving The Patriot Act while speaking the words
"We're gonna' capture Bin Laden an' bring him to justice"! and "Saddam's got Weapons of Mass Destruction!"
Oh, and by the way, Dick Cheney repeatedly said the following to the American people:
"It's not a matter of if we're going to have a nuclear bomb detonate here inside America, but only a question of when.

Is that affirmative declaration by a Vice President of the United States of America a threat ... or a promise?
