Just gotta love those Andorians:

I was such a Trekkie in my teens I used to have the Star Trek Technical Manual and Medical manual...

You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities

Absolutely!  My mom, dad and I watched the original Star Trek all the time when I was a kid.  I like all the TV shows, albeit "Enterprise" is my least favorite.

[funny motivational poster btw]

HAH I had it too!

Ari; Thanks , Its nice to be appreciated. Its a shame no matter how respectful you are to some people on this forum they just cant have a debate  and shut down , it makes me think sometimes , Esp when they dont even respond  PMs.

I pity people that cant have a debate, we should have one section only for that.

Here's some more nice relaxing music:

As for politics and music, well most music has some kind of political message if only implied.

Hey why did they name that song after a canon?  You see the only reason I ask is that's the theme song from that really cool movie I saw on HBO named Home for the Holidays 3 ?... so Barry Manlove probly wrote it cause it sounds an awful lot like his other stuff?...you see, in the movie this guy comes home to Connecticut from the West Coast to see his Mom who looks like Jane Fonda because that's who plays his Mom but he brings his pregnant girlfriend with him who is Julia Roberts, but she's not pregnant by him because she's pregnant with O.J. Simpson's lovechild?...so then the rest of his brothers and sisters all arrive home and have all kinds of problems with drugs and divorces and childhood visitation but the good part comes when the girlfriend pregnant with O.J.'s baby turns on the radio and all of a sudden one of those Motown songs plays...I think it's the one singing about "The way you do the things you do..." ?...and then the whole family runs outside for a huge snowball fight and that's when I guess they were gonna shoot off a canon but I don't remember seeing it?...maybe they cut that seen from the movie but left in the song about canons? ....

Anyway, Rubystars, you'll like that movie cause that's where that song came from.      :o
