From reading his Wikipedia he seems to be a good guy [he funds settlers in YESHA, and draws wrath from the twin devils, UNICEF and Oxfam].

What do you think of him?

I think he is a great man. He was a man that got the blessing from the angel lubatcher rebbe to be wealthy. he funds alot of settlements to. If we could approach this man maybe he could give us the eccessary but low funds compared to other movements to turn us into an unstoppable movement in israel.

I haven't heard that he funded any settlement. From what I know he funds schools in Israel and Uzbekistan that serve mainly pupils of Bucharian descent. I suppose subsidiaries of "Africa Israel" corporation which is a public company he controls do business including construction work in Judea and Samaria but that is no charity work.

I don't know what other causes he supports. But I do know that he has extensive dealings with the Arabs as he is the biggest individual marketer of cut diamonds and he owns high end Jewelery stores in Dubai.
