1) Whats your opinion on marathons? On one hand the are healthy, keep your heart nice and strong, but on the other hand i know alot of knee injuries people have sustained from training for them. Is running 26 miles on concrete good for your knee joints?

Area where my ancestors are from is under the water. International representatives in the country said they are not willing to help.Is it because this area is populated by the Serbs? Can you comment on this?
