Hebron masscare: Arab dogs slaughter a Jewish cat from Kiryat Arba

Kiryat Arba near the gate to Hebron at night. Wild Arab dogs from the Arab-occupied part of Hebron roam the streets unchecked, enter the Jewish settlement of Kiryat Arba as if they were a rampaging Arab mob - and murder a local Jewish cat.

These types of dogs were running all over Hevron when I was there.
