'Shas Will Ensure Peres Becomes President'

(IsraelNN.com) Shas intends to vote for Kadima candidate Shimon Peres in the upcoming election of the next president of Israel, according to a news report. Sources close to Shas chairman MK Eli Yishai told NRG that despite Yishai's respect for the Likud's Reuven Rivlin his support for Peres is "a clear thing."

Yishai reportedly told a Shas audience Thursday that unlike the previous presidential elections, "this time we cannot hurt Peres." Yishai reportedly explained that the reason the party supported Moshe Katzav when he was nominated alongside Peres was that Katzav is a traditional, Sephardic Jew.

Senior sources in Shas said that "Rabbi Ovadia wants Peres, period." Rabbi Ovadia Yosef is Shas' spiritual leader.

Can you imagine what beasts these shas monsters are. Ovadia really is a dangerous man as far as I am concerned cause he seems to have every religious person following him. He is more dangerous than Shimon Peres in my opinion and Peresite is pretty dangerous himself.
