How did the U.S. fly their troops over Pakistani air space completely undetected?

pakistan pretends to be a US ally so they might have been allowed there.

if not than keep in mind that pakistan does not have effective sovereignty over some of it's soil, their army is crap. (scary thought that a nuclear state can't control some of its land)

From what I heard, the helicopters flew in very low from Afghanistan -- low enough so that radar detectors didn't detect them.  What's disturbing is that our so-called friends, the Pakistanis, knew all along where bin Laden was.  Our military did this so brilliantly -- with help from the detainees in Guantanamo.  You betcha a little torture can go a long way.  Just ask the Mossad.
