"Barack Obama's presidential campaign modified a solicitation for donations on its national website Tuesday evening to comply with Minnesota lottery laws after it was informed by a state law enforcement investigator that it was violating state law.  ...Doug Forsman, a special agent with the state Department of Public Safety, said he told the campaign such a solicitation was illegal in Minnesota because it constituted a lottery. "

Noting that Obama himself signed an E-mail solicitation and made video (still on YouTube) for this lottery, it sounds like he could be impeached. This would be a lot better than [Twilight Zone theme] ongoing allegations about his birth certificate and so on [/Twilight Zone theme]. It would not surprise me if this lottery violated the laws of other states and also the Federal Wire and Wager Act.
