Citizens of the OAS (Organization of American States) will becaome legally, though symbolically, Dimmis (second class citizens according to Sharia Law) if a bill supported by Venezuela is approved in a special meeting to be held this year. The proposal includes a bill to write the word "dimmi" in Arabic on OAS Passports and a symbolical extra tax on applicants which would be donated to local Mosques. It's a good way to ease tensions with the Islamic World and give Muslims the opportunity to keep that precept of their religion, said Venezuelan representative to OAS.
