Goverment Shutdown ?

Would it be that bad, can it decrease the deficit ? Maybe the government should just permanently shut down all non essential services.

America can save money by simply shutting down the government who wastes the money.

I 100% agree with you here.  THe non-essential services are surprisingly..... non-essential.   We've seen that in previous shutdowns. 

BUT.... the Dems will certainly use this as an opportunity to say that the GOP is evil and wants to take granny's social security check away from her (Even though SS still continnues during shutdowns)
