Listen and compare:

In each pair, the original song is the first that came out.

"Pain" by Three Days' Grace

"Been To Hell" by Hollywood Undead (warning, some strong language)

Also check this one out, which I considered especially egregious and shameless:

"Brick by Boring Brick" by Paramore

"Sick, Sick, Sick" by Bayside

I'm amazed at how blatant some of these artists are. I don't understand how people can be so unafraid of lawsuits.

They could have asked for permission to use it.
That guy who won American Idol over the gay guy first song was taken from an Irish group.
