The idea of 'equal opportunity to get shot' Jewesses going toe to toe in house to house combat with lithe Hamas terrorists, krav maga with Syrian commandos & charging Hizbollah killers is the media's wet pipe-dream & a good photo op



But we know that wide-hipped, big bottomed Israeli females, 1/3 weaker muscled than men, are just not physically capable of moving quickly in front-line combat

I agree that front line field units are not the most suitable assignment for most women.
However, I think it is vital to Israel's survival that Jewish women learn to shoot and fight because Israel's population is very small compared to the Arab masses.
All the Nazis of the world, especially the Arab Muslim Nazis, should know what to expect if they dare try to enter Israel's territory.
All Jews must learn to shoot and fight, men AND women. The time of ghettos and pogroms is OVER. The world must now fear the Jews.

That said, the real force lies in the mind. Without a change in mentality and a reversal of the weak, leftist mindset that permeates Israel's army and society, it may not be worth much training women. You need to know how to kill, but first and foremost you must WANT to kill your ennemy.

But you're not against women learning how to shoot or how to defend themselves, are you ? Don't you feel more secure if your wife or your sister or your daughter have a gun and know how to use it ? Especially in a dangerous place ? Don't you feel more secure if they have self-defence skills ?
Like I said, I am not in favour of sending women to close combat field operations in times of war. But they sure can participate in the defence effort.

Don't underestimate the Syrian commandos when surprise is on their side. In 1973 they sliced and diced with bayonetwork the entire Israeli 200 Golan garrison in their pyjamas. Only 2 Israelis dudus escaped alive.

As last week's parsha Bamidbar repeatedly stated "every male from 20 years and upwards, all those eligible for the army..." ie the idea of females in the Jewish army is an anathema, as much as is the idea of exemption from the Jewish army for "Torah study".

All Haredi Jewish males in Israel should be obliged to serve one year in Zahal Nachal Charedi units - no exceptions. Not necessarily in combat units - men generally make superior military clerks, nurses, telephonists, technicians, communications staff, intelligence staff, secretaries, bursars etc to women. And there are plenty of Haredi men available and willing to fill these roles.

All Chilloni Jewish males in Israel should be obliged to study one year in a Yeshiva geared for their level - no exceptions.

Only then will we have an Am Yisrael in Eretz Yisrael worthy of the the name Yisrael!





If it had been a field-serving "Gilanit Shalit" kidnapped to Gaza instead of a "Gilad Shalit", the Medinas Yisroel would have by now torn itself apart and literally ceded and handed over killer terrorists to get her back!

In Israel the kidnapping of female soldiers is a major fear - the radios constantly broadcast the warning: chayalot - al taali al trampim - "girl soldiers - don't accept car lifts"! If it had been a girl "Naamah Waxman" kidnapped and killed in 1994 instead of Nachshon Waxman, the Israelis would have surrendered in an orgy of self-flagellation.

The dream of Arab terrorists is to kidnap an Israeli female soldier, and it's a miracle it hasn't happened yet.

I cannot believe that there is a complete lack of religious education in Israeli schools. This article from A7 demonstrates the sad fact that the majority of Israeli Jewish youths do not even know the most basic prayer "Shema Yisroel" which is shocking to me.

Israel can be a powerhouse of righteousness and strength if only we hearken to the Torah. Without Torah we are lost...
