The Holocaust "Never Happened"
Sivan 1, 5771, 03 June 11 03:51
by Isaac Kohn

(Israelnationalnews.com) It is a matter of history and can not be denied. It was recorded for posterity and no matter how you twist it, the record says it all. When Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces during WWII, General Dwight Eisenhower found the victims of the death camps, he ordered that all possible photographs and films be taken of the horrors he found. He did this because “….somewhere down the road of history some bastard will get up and say that this never happened…”

That time in history began immediately after the war ended….the bastards are many.

Belgian Justice Minister, Stefaan De Clerck has voiced his support for an initiative to grant amnesty to all surviving Nazi collaborators. In line with his support, De Clerck commented about the Holocaust this week on state-run television channel RTFB and said the following: “At any given point, one should act in an adult way and be ready to discuss the issue and even to forget it because all this is past….”

And Mr. De Clerck is but the latest in a long string of Holocaust deniers and those who wish to erase the Holocaust from the collective memory. Denying and minimizing and eratcating the memory of the most heinous crime perpetrated against the Jews was once, not so long ago, considered a crime, today it has become the fashion, the vogue as politicians, actors, writers, preachers and heads of state brush aside the horrible past.

In European schools, colleges and universities, the schools’ study program no longer list the Holocaust as part of the curriculum and members of the United Nations sit in rapt attention as Mahumud Ahmadinijad, the Iranian Holocaust denier stands on the podium bellowing his call for another genocide. A chorous of enthusiastic applause rises from the stands as the Jew-hater concludes his harangue. Hitler has risen again and the world applauds.

The first notable “debunker” was the French fascist Maurice Bardèche, who argued that the gas chambers had been used only to disinfect clothing, and that the Allies had faked vast numbers of photographs, documents, and court records. He was followed by another Frenchman, former Resistance fighter Paul Rassinier, who actually had spent 19 months in two German camps, Buchenwald and Dora.

Pope Benedict XVI sparked a firestorm by lifting the excommunication of renegade British bishop Richard Williamson, who claims the Holocaust never occurred. And has no intention of recanting his denial.

In Moslem countries the denial of the Holocaust has become an obsession and an art of erasing the story of Nazi evil against the Jews. Plays, shows, books and publications spew the lie that the Holocaust was a myth, a story fabricated by the Jews in order to extract money and influence.

David Duke of the Klu Klux Klan and British writer David Irving. Last year in Germany, Horst Mahler, a founder of the radical Red Army Faction, was found guilty of incitement for posting documents online that ostensibly debunk the Holocaust; he was sentenced to 10 months in prison. Today he is out to freely continue the denial.

Israel’s ‘partner-for-peace’ the terrorist Abu Mazan-Abbas’ graduation thesis in 1982 dealt with the concept that the supposed magnitude of the Holocaust was a Zionist fabrication. His ‘research’ revealed that ‘only one-million Jews perished’ in WWII and his examination of records and documented cast strong doubts in his mind about the existence of the gas chambers. Pictures be damned, the film was concocted, the many survivors lied.

There is a famous saying which runs as follows: Say it, repeat it, burn it in. How prophetic was Eisenhower? He saw the bastards rise again.. And he forewarned that their sick mind and thinking will be the norm.

The list of deniers is very, very long and their adherents are far too many. And those who forgive, forget and hide the horror are bound to repeat it.

Never Again! The famous declaration heard around the world. Never again will Jews be herded like cattle, beaten and tortured, starved to death, hanged, shot, gassed and burned to ashes. Never again! Will a Holocaust be repeated.

Never again…you say? But it never happened. Did it?
You shall make yourself the Festival of Sukkoth for seven days, when you gather in [the produce] from your threshing floor and your vat.And you shall rejoice in your Festival-you, and your son, and your daughter, and your manservant, and your maidservant, and the Levite, and the stranger, and the orphan, and the widow, who are within your cities
Duet 16:13-14

[edit] Life

He is known for his lifelong advocacy of radical politics. He has been convicted of Volksverhetzung ("incitement of popular hatred") and Holocaust denial.

Mahler became known as a founding member of the radical leftist Red Army Faction in 1970. While imprisoned he became a Maoist, but later turned sharply to the right. In 2000 he joined the NPD and represented the party in court.

In an interview to an Israeli reporter, Naftali Glicksberg, Mahler claimed that he himself is of part-Jewish descent. He described his mother telling him and his brothers while bursting into tears that they have Jewish ancestry and are ⅛ Jewish.[2]
[edit] Education and career

Mahler studied law at the Free University of Berlin with support of the German National Merit Foundation. In 1964 he founded a law firm in Berlin and practised microeconomic law. In 1966 he successfully argued a case before the European Court of Human Rights.[3]

As a young lawyer, Mahler defended Andreas Baader, Gudrun Ensslin, and Rudi Dutschke.[4]
[edit] Leftist activity
[edit] Early political activism

Prior to 1960, Mahler was a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany and the leftist students' association Sozialistischer Deutscher Studentenbund.[5] He was expelled from the SPD in 1960, as were other members of the SDS, that had developed from being the SPD youth wing to a radical left-wing group. He joined the new organisation's call for "extra-parliamentary opposition", or forceful resistance[6] Mahler joined the Ausserparlamentarische Opposition in 1964.

After the attempted assassination of Rudi Dutschke, Mahler took part in the violent protests against Springer Publishing House. He was arrested for his involvement.[7] At that time, Mahler was active as a lawyer who defended students who faced criminal prosecution. By 1970 he had defended Beate Klarsfeld, Fritz Teufel and Rainer Langhans (both participants of the Kommune 1), the left-wing student leader Rudi Dutschke, Peter Brandt (the eldest son of Willy Brandt), as well as subsequent RAF terrorists Andreas Baader and Gudrun Ensslin.
[edit] Founding of the RAF

Having earlier befriended Ensslin and Baader, Mahler helped plot to spring Baader from prison after his 1970 arrest. Once Baader escaped, the three, along with Ulrike Meinhof, committed a series of bank robberies in September 1970.[8] The four fled to Jordan and trained in guerrilla tactics with the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine.[9]

Upon his return from Jordan, Mahler was arrested with fellow RAF members Ingrid Schubert, Brigitte Asdonk, and Irene Goergens on 8 October 1970. He was tried and convicted for the bank robberies and for assisting a prison escape. By 1974, Mahler had been sentenced to 14 years imprisonment and had his license to practice law revoked.[7]
[edit] Imprisonment

Mahler penned a manifesto in prison. The rest of the Baader-Meinhof Group, however, resoundingly rejected it - effectively expelling him from the group. Mahler now advocated the policies of the KPD/AO (Communist Party of Germany).[8] Then in 1975, the Movement 2 June took Peter Lorenz hostage and demanded, among others, that Mahler be freed from prison. Mahler was offered liberty, but refused it.[8]

In 1980 Mahler was freed from prison after serving 10 years of his 14-year sentence, largely due to the efforts of his lawyer, Gerhard Schröder (who would later become chancellor). He was granted permission to practise law again in Germany in 1988, again with the help of Schröder.[10]
[edit] Change to far-right politics
[edit] Beginning of right-wing politics

Mahler made the acquaintance of political theorists Iring Fetscher and Günter Rohrmoser, who visited him in prison. While the German courts noted a change in Mahler's political posturing in the mid 1980s,[7] he first gained attention for it at Rohrmoser's 70th birthday celebration on 1 December 1997. There Mahler gave a speech declaring that Germany was "occupied" and had to free itself from its "debt bondage" to reestablish its national identity.[11]

Mahler took little role in politics until an article called Zweite Steinzeit (Second Stone Age)[12] by him appeared in the right wing paper Junge Freiheit in 1998, explaining his conversion to Völkisch ideas.[13] Mahler has since underlined the spiritual side of his political beliefs, whilst marrying this to anti-Semitism, arguing that:

In the German people as free self-confidence, the unity of God and Man appears in the Folk-community knowing itself. This is the existing negation of the Jewish Principle and of the haggler/bargainer as its worldly shape.[14]

[edit] NPD

Mahler joined the National Democratic Party of Germany (Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutschlands, or NPD), an extreme nationalist party, in 2000.[5]

The German government began a process to attempt to ban the NPD in 2001. Mahler was an attorney for the party at the time. The government, citing accusations of Volksverhetzung (Germany's hate speech law) against the party, petitioned the court to allow them to seize Mahler's computer assets. Mahler successfully defeated the effort.[7]

In 2003, after the official case to ban the NPD had been rejected by the German courts, he left the party.
[edit] Recent activities and new conviction

Mahler was involved in founding the Society for the Rehabilitation of Those persecuted for Refutation of the Holocaust (Verein zur Rehabilitierung der wegen Bestreitens des Holocaust Verfolgten or VRBHV) on 9 November 2003,[15] or Schicksalstag. Mahler announced the society with an open letter in which he stated that the objective of the group was "to eliminate the isolation of the persecuted which has dominated so far, is to guarantee the necessary public awareness of their struggle for justice, and is to provide the financial means for a successful judicial struggle."[15]

Mahler has faced numerous charges in German courts. In 2003 he was also charged with Volksverhetzung in connection with statements he made regarding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States -- he told the court that the incident was a concocted conspiracy and "it is not true that al-Qaeda had anything to do with it."[16] He was also charged for Holocaust denial under the Volksverhetzung law in 2004 in connection with his role in the VRBHV. In 2006 his passport was revoked by the German authorities to prevent him from attending the International Conference to Review the Global Vision of the Holocaust in Tehran, Iran, a conference identified with Holocaust denial.

As of November 2007, Mahler was facing new charges for Volksverhetzung. The charges stem from an interview for Vanity Fair with Michel Friedman (CDU), former vice president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany. Friedman, who intended to interview Mahler about his role in the RAF, brought charges against Mahler alleging that he was greeted with a Hitler salute and a shout of "Heil Hitler, Herr Friedman!" During the interview, Mahler told Friedman that "the systematic extermination of Jews in Auschwitz is a lie," and Adolf Hitler was "the savior of the German people [but] not only of the German people.”[17]

On November 23, 2007, the Amtsgericht Cottbus sentenced Mahler to six months of imprisonment without parole for having according to his own claims "ironically" performed the Hitler salute when reporting to prison for a nine-month term a year earlier.[18]

On February 21, 2009 Mahler was sentenced to six years imprisonment without possibility at reduction or bail, by a Munich court of justice; during the verdict the judge said that Mahler had proven "not able to be re-educated" and declared that he as a judge should stop the "nationalist rattle" and "nonsense spread" by Horst Mahler.[19] On March 11 a Potsdam Court sentenced 73 year old Horst Mahler to additional five years imprisonment for Holocaust denial and banalization of Nazi war crimes, due to the perceived danger of an escape attempt, the sentence was to be immediately carried out.[20] It is expected that Mahler will appeal the verdicts.

On March 19, 2009 Mahler's wife, the former university teacher and lawyer Sylvia Stolz, was also convicted and imprisoned for Holocaust denial, and for her claims that a "Jewish foreign power" ruled the German federal authorities and the Western world, and for claiming that the federal German courts practised "Allied victors' justice" by limiting free speech.[21]

In the 2008 film Der Baader Meinhof Complex, directed by Uli Edel, Mahler is played by the actor Simon Licht.
[edit] Quotes

"Billions of people would be ready to forgive Hitler if only he had committed the murder of the Jews" ("Milliarden Menschen wären bereit, Hitler zu verzeihen, wenn er nur den Judenmord begangen hätte").

(Two of the comments made by Horst Mahler that the local court of justice of Berlin-Tiergarten (Amtsgericht Tiergarten) used to justify the prohibition of professional activity (Berufsverbot) it issued against Mahler on 8 April 2004.[22])

This guy is scum- but this part makes me laugh.    Mahler's reaction to finding out he was 1/8 Jewish made him and his brothers burst into tears.  lol

There is no such thing as 1/2 or 1/8 Jew. You either are... or your aren't. Jews are not a race.

Maybe this is a slight bit off the topic, but Jew haters are becoming more and more bold as time moves forward because people forget. Who would have thought the U.S.A. would elect a muslim president after 9-11? History repeats itself over and over again, and no one seems to learn the lessons. It's supposedly "racist" to expel the arabs from Israel (who are only there to exterminate the Jews), but it's ok to hate Jews or want them wiped out. In order to make this work out, these Jew haters wish to "minimize" the truth of what really happened (and re-invent "history" as they see fit).

When people tell me that Israel is "apartheid", I give them this little story.

If a black man breaks into your house illegally (even claiming that he used to live there), and threatens to kill you and then rape and kill your family, and then drops his gun - and the gun slides across the floor directly in front of you, you have 2 options:

1) Kill the man and protect your family

or

2) You can offer him a room in your house with free utilities, give him lots of money, try to make friends and peace with him, and see if you can get him to sign a paper stating that he will not rape your wife and that he'll let you and your family live (especially while you are gone to work).

So let me ask you, are you a racist against blacks if you choose option 1? Of course not.

Anyone who denies the holocaust, supports "palastine" (a word invented by the romans and used to try and erase the word "Israel"), or claims that Israel is "apartheid" is an antisemitic Jew hater. Period.

Self hating Jews would still choose option #2 to be politically correct..

The bottom line is that the Kahanist/JTF view should be the new and only view of how Jews should view themselves.  With self-respect and pride..No more of that loser mentality.

Look at the protesters for "Palestine" who want to disrupt Israel.  It's like, Gd's gift to us right there...all in one bundle...Easy to wipe out and make a statement.

The world will never support Israel and the Jews....Better to be a winner and alive than be loved and dead.

It says in the article that he was sentenced to 6 years, not ten months
